In September 2026, GhostBSD received 1,209.26 CAD in donations: 533.10 CAD from Patreon (381.82 USD) and 676.16 CAD from PayPal.
Compared to August 2026 (1,107.25 CAD), this is an increase of +102.01 CAD (+9.2%). Compared to September 2025 (1,101.38 CAD), this is an increase of +107.88 CAD (+9.8%).
The 2026 year-to-date total is 11,929.75 CAD, putting us at 39.8% of our annual goal of 30,000 CAD.

September carried several one-time costs: the new mocka-desktop.org domain, the ghostbsd.org renewal, a mouse and keyboard for the GhostBSD workstation bought in May, and the first month of Claude Max.
Server Fund
Because of those one-time costs, nothing was added to the server fund in September. The total set aside stays at approximately 10,100.00 CAD. This fund is working toward purchasing an Ampere ARM server to add ARM build support in the future.
